Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled circulating nursing care in an ambulatory surgical center operating room environment
• Deliver perioperative nursing care to patients of all ages across a 6-OR surgical suite
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio throughout surgical procedures
• Accurately document patient care and clinical information using the Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia or a valid Compact State license
• Minimum of 2+ years of operating room experience, including vascular and thoracic cases
• Proficiency with Epic EMR (required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) only

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience as an Operating Room Circulator
• Ambulatory surgical center experience
