Site Supervisor - Residential Services - Peabody

Site Supervisor Riverside Community Care provides residential services for individuals with developmental and cognitive disabilities. The Site Supervisor oversees one home and provides residential supports, collaborating with the Program Director or Director of Residential Services. Responsibilities include: Supervising staff and ensuring a safe, warm environment for residents. Supporting residents in community activities, transportation to medical appointments, managing finances, and other daily living skills. Working 40 hours per week, Sunday through Thursday, 9am-5pm. Providing overtime if working over 40 hours and participating in on‑call rotation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred. Minimum three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and at least one year in residential services. Schedule & Pay Schedule: Sunday through Thursday 9am-5pm (40 hrs). Pay Rate: $25.84 per hour. Benefits High-quality health, dental, and vision insurance.
