Start your nursing career with confidence through 12 month-long Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program™, designed to support newly NY State Licensed RN's as they transition into clinical practice.
As an RN Resident, you'll receive:

• Monthly interactive, evidence-based learning sessions
• Hands-on experience in your chosen track
You'll build skills in:
• Clinical decision-making
• Leadership in patient care
• Evidence-based practice
• Professional development planning
Eligibility:
All newly NY State Licensed RN Residents with less than one year of experience are automatically enrolled. Cohorts start 8 times per year.*Residency Tracks*

*Pay Range:*
$38.75–$39.75/hr. (based on experience, education, and skills)

*Education, Training, Experience, Certification and Licensure:*
* Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
* RN Licensed in the State of New York and posted on Office of Professions.
* Maintains current BLS/CPR and ACLS certification.
* Participates in orientation and continuing education and updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise.
