Accounting Specialist

Active911 is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support accurate, timely financial operations for our mission-critical public safety software. In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day accounting, including AP/AR, bank and account reconciliations, expense processing, and assisting with month-end close and financial reporting. You’ll collaborate with small, cross-functional teams to provide clear, reliable financial data, support budgeting and forecasting, and help improve accounting processes that keep our fast-moving, emergency-response focused business running smoothly.
