Responsibilities Complete initial eligibility evaluations, added assessments, IFSPs, 6‑month progress reviews, annual evaluations, exit evaluations Write Evaluation Summary Reports and IFSPs; participate in all required meetings pertaining to position purpose Provide direct services in partnerships with families Involve parents/families in techniques and activities to facilitate appropriate child development Facilitate workshops when appropriate Complete all required reports, session notes, and other documentation applicable to duty Participate in staff meetings and/or professional development Fulfill job‑related responsibilities in a manner reflecting professional and ethical standards of conduct that apply to the profession or discipline Perform other duties at Program Director’s request Company Description Since 1965, Archway Programs has been meeting the individualized needs of thousands of families throughout the state of New Jersey.
