Licensed Insurance Agent

Licensed Insurance Agent Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Pay: Based on experience Sales Opportunity: $25,000 base salary + commission and bonuses or $30,000/year for maintaining/servicing existing accounts Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional service to existing customers Accept and process customer payments Make policy changes, including adding or changing vehicles Add drivers to existing policies Discuss insurance coverages and answer policy-related questions Assist customers with their insurance needs and account information Maintain accurate customer and policy records Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service Handle additional account-service responsibilities as needed Qualifications Current Property & Casualty Insurance License required Excellent customer service and communication skills Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality Highly motivated and self-driven Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and in person Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Previous insurance experience preferred Sales & Growth Opportunity Candidates who are interested and willing to sell insurance may have the opportunity to earn a $25,000 base salary plus commission and bonuses. Compensation will depend on experience, and there is room for growth within the company for the right individual.
