Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Arizona
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
• Knowledge of IEP process and documentation requirements

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and intervention to students with a variety of speech and language disorders
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs and formulate individualized treatment plans
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, write goals, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
• Offer guidance and training to team members regarding communication strategies and classroom modifications
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to achieve identifiable outcomes
