Creating those #MagicMoments with members in the studio!

Greeting all who walk through our doors with positivity and a smile

Introduce Orangetheory’s science-backed workouts to any first-time guest

Responding to all member calls, emails, or texts within a timely manner

Giving studio previews, delivering top-notch product knowledge with confidence

Working hand-in-hand with coaches to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout

Selling memberships to help the studio thrive and achieve their #GOALS

Following up on prospective clients over the phone and/or in-person

Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution

Maintaining organization through administrative tasks

Participating in marketing and outreach events

Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
