What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home patient assessments and clinical evaluations
• Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and therapies
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot ventilators, oxygen systems, and PAP devices
• Adjust ventilator settings based on physician orders and patient needs
• Provide ongoing clinical support and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatments
• Support training of new clinical staff as needed

What You Need

• Required:
  • Active RRT license
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED
• Preferred:
  • Hospital respiratory therapy experience
  • Home healthcare or DME experience
  • Degree in respiratory therapy or related science
  • At least one year of relevant clinical experience
  • Familiarity with ventilator management and advanced respiratory equipment

About the Assignment

This role involves providing advanced respiratory care in patients’ homes across Livonia and surrounding areas. You will perform assessments, manage respiratory equipment, and educate patients and families, ensuring compliance with all safety and clinical standards.
