Flexible Schedule
Physical Therapist needed to make home visits and manage care for patients in their home in part of the metro Denver area, especially in Aurora and east Denver metro areas.
Responsibilities:
- provide physical therapy services to clients in their homes
- develop and implement treatment plans
- emphasis on rehab from an injury or maintenance so clients can stay in their homes
- provide care as ordered by the physician

Salary License/Certifications
- Current Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record (Required)
- PT License (Required)
- Clean driver's license and MVR
Benefits:

- $75.00 to $110.00 per visit for prn, contract, per diem, part-time, prn, or Independent Contractor.
