Assist clients with applications, renewals, and policy updates. Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries. Build relationships that lead to retention, referrals, and new sales. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow‑ups. What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales‑minded with a drive to achieve and exceed goals. Detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
