Client Services Coordinator

We’re partnering with a financial services fir m in Osterville, MA, seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Coordinato r to support daily branch operations. Duratio n: 12 weeks Schedul e: 30 hours/week (part-time) Pa y: $20–$25/hour What You’ll Be Doing Manage front desk operati ons and phone coverage Handle incoming/outgoi ng mail and check logs Order office supplies, stationery, and assist with licensing & expense reports Provide administrative support to financial advisors Assist wi th branch event planning and execution Coordinate branch meetings ( confirm attendees, order lunch, track attendance) Suppo rt regional webinar invitati ons and communication Contribute to special projects (advertising, OAR initiatives, etc.) What We’re Looking For Prior administrative or office support experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with standard office tools and systems Why This Role?
