The Bilingual Leasing Professional (Apartments) plays a vital role in managing leasing activities, fostering positive tenant relations, and supporting the overall property management team. This position requires strong communication skills in multiple languages to effectively engage a diverse clientele and coordinate lease processes with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage leasing activities and oversee lease administration processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive tenant relations
- Conduct apartment tours to prospective residents
- Process rental applications and conduct market analysis to support leasing strategies
- Collect rent and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner
- Manage documentation related to leases and tenant communications
- Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse tenant base
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in apartment leasing
