Superintendent – Commercial DrywallA well-established commercial construction contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent with a background in commercial drywall, metal framing, and related interior systems.The ideal candidate is a strong field leader capable of coordinating crews, maintaining schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely and to quality standards.Requirements:3+ years of field leadership experience in commercial drywall, interiors, specialty contracting, or related constructionExperience with drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, insulation, or related scopesAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of workStrong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, manpower planning, and productionExperience leading field crews and coordinating subcontractorsStrong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel locally to project sitesPreferred:5+ years of commercial drywall experienceExperience supervising large commercial projects and field teamsKnowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety practicesExperience coordinating with general contractors and other tradesFamiliarity with Bluebeam, Procore, or similar construction softwareResponsibilities:Oversee daily field operations for commercial drywall projectsCoordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and deliveriesMaintain project schedules and monitor field productionReview drawings, specifications, and project requirementsMonitor workmanship, quality, safety, and jobsite conditionsCoordinate with Project Managers, general contractors, vendors, and other tradesIdentify and resolve field issues that could impact schedule or productionEnsure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standardsCompensation, Benefits & Perks:Competitive base salary: $75,000 – $110,000+ (depending on experience and market)Bonus and/or incentive potentialMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchPaid time off and paid holidaysCompany vehicle or vehicle allowanceCompany-provided phone and laptopProfessional development and advancement opportunitiesAll inquiries are CONFIDENTIAL.For more information, contact:Email: View email address on click.appcast.io | Call/Text: (618) 408-2693All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
