Must have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience. Faculty must be credentialed to satisfy all appropriate accrediting bodies for the courses assignedPreferred Qualifications –Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science related field. Working knowledge of Game Development and Design, Unity, Unreal engine, Python, Advanced JavaScript, jQuery, LAMP Stack, Photoshop, Flash, InDesign, Illustrator, Canvas, Java, and .NET. Failure to comply will result in the offer being rescinded and a 2-year ineligibility period for state employment .Job Description: Prepares and delivers lecture and/or lab course material in one or more of the following courses: Game Design and Development, Advanced Game Physics, Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign), Mobile Development, Advanced Scripting (JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, Ruby, Perl, LAMP, etc.), MySQL, .NET/C#/ ASP/Node.js, PHP I & II, Ruby on Rails, Java Program Design and Development/Systems Analysis and designDuties/ResponsibilitiesPercentage of TimePrepares lesson plans for classroom instruction for specified courses. (10%)Evaluates students’ progress in attaining goals and objectives. (25%)Prepares and maintains all required documentation and administrative reports.
