Development Consultant

To support nonprofit organizations, the part-time Development Consultant will manage client engagements, write compelling narratives for funding proposals, and identify funding opportunities while working remotely from anywhere in the United States. Key responsibilities Support the direction of one or two client engagements, providing project management across multiple deliverables Write narratives for letters of inquiry, proposals, and reports, collaborating with clients to understand their needs Identify funding opportunities through research and outreach, ensuring goals and expectations are met Required qualifications At least three years of experience in institutional fundraising, grant writing, or related development functions A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in persuasive writing Proven success in a client-facing project or account management role Experience using standard office software/platforms (Excel, Drive, Notion, etc.) Demonstrated appreciation for the nonprofit sector
