ResponsibilitiesIdentify, attract, and onboard talented individuals to build a high-performing sales organization.
Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to new agents to ensure their long-term professional success.
Design and implement sales initiatives that drive consistent revenue growth and market penetration.
Cultivate a supportive, collaborative agency culture that encourages personal and professional development.
Represent The Atlantic District in the Manchester community to build brand awareness and strategic partnerships.
Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to help agents exceed their individual goals.
RequirementsActive Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
Documented track record of recruiting and mentoring successful sales teams.
Expertise in developing business growth strategies and agency expansion.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills for networking and recruitment.
Deep understanding of the New Hampshire insurance market landscape.
Leadership experience in an insurance or financial services brokerage environment.
