We’re looking for a Canvass Supervisor who can lead from the front, support a growing team, and help drive the success of our field marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone outgoing, organized, and driven, with the ability to motivate a team while remaining active in the field. As a Canvass Supervisor, you’ll knock on doors alongside your team, schedule free inspections and estimates for the sales team (no closing required). Recruit new team members and help develop your and your team's skills.
