Direct Care Worker

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our growing team! We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of seniors and are committed to providing exceptional in-home care.

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience providing care to seniors.
• Open availability and flexibility to work variable hours based on client needs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to transport clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands using your personal vehicle when needed (mileage reimbursement provided in accordance with company policy).
• Ability to assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Willingness to perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and other household tasks.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a compassionate attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using a Hoyer lift and other mobility equipment.
• Experience caring for clients with varying levels of physical and cognitive needs.
