Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Employment Type: Contract- about 3 months Pay Rate: $28-$32/hour Position Summary We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives and partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver effective recruitment strategies. This role serves as a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external candidates while managing full-cycle recruiting activities across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage competing priorities, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake through offer stage. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies. Source, attract, and screen qualified candidates for frontline, supervisory, and corporate positions. Post job openings and manage candidate pipelines through applicant tracking systems. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and cross‑functional stakeholders. Analyze recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements to improve hiring outcomes. Support workforce planning initiatives and recruitment forecasting. Provide guidance to hiring managers regarding interviewing, candidate evaluation, and selection. Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Participate in additional talent acquisition projects and initiatives as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and 0–1 years of related experience, OR High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years of related recruiting experience. Experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or HRIS platforms. Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Customer‑service mindset with a commitment to delivering end‑to‑end recruiting solutions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and recruiting technologies. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
