- Perform facials both hand and machines, dermaplaning, peels, body waxing and brow & lash services including tinting and laminations.
- Be able to sell themself and their services to potential medspa guests, hair salon guest as well as clients on social media.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and provide personalized recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in esthetics, including brows, korean skincare and other beauty services, to offer comprehensive care.
- Be active on social media with their own professional handle as well as daily post, videos and before and after pictures of all clients.
- Have atleast 10 clients even if they are family or friends to bring in within first 30 days
- Proficient in various esthetic techniques including body waxing, brow artistry, massage techniques, dermaplaning, etc. Makeup services a plus but, not necessary.
- Outgoing personality, loves to engage with new people and build relationships.
- Strong ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean working environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with software e clinical for efficient appointment management or atleast eager to learn.
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience.
