Schedule: Monday-Wednesday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Research Assistant to support clinical trial operations and assist with clinical procedures related to patient enrollment and study participation. The role involves ensuring accurate data collection, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting day-to-day clinical research activities.

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Research Assistant to support clinical trial operations and assist with clinical procedures related to patient enrollment and study participation. The role involves ensuring accurate data collection, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting day-to-day clinical research activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and correct research study information on source documents
- Investigate and resolve research queries and variances; provide feedback to site data collectors
- Enter study data into the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and maintain research study files and documentation
- Compile, collate, and submit study information within required deadlines
- Support maintenance of regulatory documentation and compliance records
- Schedule participant visits and prepare necessary reports and documents prior to visits
- Enter visit data into the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) to track patient visits and procedures against study requirements and budgets
- Process laboratory specimens, label vials, complete requisitions, and coordinate storage/shipping according to protocol and regulatory standards
- Provide general administrative support, including reception duties, office organization, and supply management
- Basic understanding of clinical research and clinical trials
- Knowledge of study protocols, operating procedures, consent forms, and visit schedules
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field (or equivalent education/experience) preferred
- Prior experience in a clinical or medical environment strongly preferred, such as:
- Clinical Research Coordinator
- Nurse
- Medical Assistant
- Other clinical support roles
