Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule Tue: 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM Wed: 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM Thur: 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM Sat: 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to site guidelines. Support daily operations by observing site activity, assisting with directions and general inquiries, and completing assigned reports related to patrols, incidents, and/or security‑related observations. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
