Role Overview: As a Home Caregiver at Home Helpers, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure that the needs of each client are met effectively and empathetically. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of your clients while helping them maintain their independence and dignity. Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and mobility support. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the well‑being of clients. Assist with homemaking tasks, including meal preparation and light housekeeping. Adhere to client care plans and support recovery. Engage clients in social interactions and activities to promote mental and social health. Qualifications: You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a commitment to providing high‑quality care. Strong communication skills, proficient in English for effective interaction with clients and families. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility in scheduling. Experience in caregiving Reliable and responsible with a genuine passion for helping others. Bonus If You: Have certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or a similar qualification. Possess experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities. Employment Type & Availability: This position is available as both Full‑Time and Part‑Time, with shifts available Monday through Sunday.
