Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/09/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel RN – Same Day Surgery | Job Description Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Same Day Surgery experience. Experience working in a rural OR or outpatient surgical facility. Patient admission and discharge experience. Phase I and Phase II PACU experience. IV insertion/start experience. Ability to prepare the operating room for surgery, not just the patient. Cerner EMR experience. RN-VT or Compact license. ACLS (AHA) BLS (AHA) Must have a reliable personal vehicle due to the lack of public transportation. Must be available for required phone calls and maintain prompt communication.
