Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a critical access hospital environment and a passion for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ESI triage scale assessments.
• Perform IV insertions and administer drips/infusions.
• Conduct EKGs and apply restraints as necessary.
• Assist with procedural sedation and patient transports via ambulance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including MDs and mid-level providers.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in Emergency Nursing.
• At least 1 travel contract completed.
• Current certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, ENPC, NRP, NIHSS, and TNCC.
• Epic experience required within the past 2 years.
• Charge experience is preferred.
