The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in enterprise‑grade cloud solutions, cloud computing models, and deployment strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of security, compliance, and cost management in the cloud, with hands‑on experience in hybrid and multi‑cloud environments. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage enterprise‑grade cloud solutions tailored to meet organizational needs. Develop and execute cloud migration strategies, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Optimize cloud performance and cost efficiency across various cloud platforms. Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements in cloud environments. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems and applications. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers. Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and industry best practices. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud architectures and solutions. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field. Experience: 7+ years in enterprise architecture, with a significant focus on cloud solutions. Clearance: TS/SCI Advanced Expertise Enterprise‑grade cloud solutions Cloud computing models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and deployment models (public, private, hybrid) Cloud migration strategies and performance optimization Security, compliance, and cost management in the cloud Hybrid and multi‑cloud environments Proficient in tools like Terraform and CloudFormation Required Certifications AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect – Associate or Expert CompTIA Security+ Preferred Skills Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to think strategically Excellent communication and interpersonal skills This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
