Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in San Marcos. Our office is open Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00. We have 35 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
