Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Please note: Though each position has a unique focus, sales plays a major role in every position Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
