Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Board-Certified to join our expanding behavioral health team in Jacksonville, Florida . This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys a diverse practice, combining inpatient and outpatient psychiatry while working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

The position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive psychiatric care across multiple levels of treatment, work closely with experienced behavioral health professionals, and help supervise and mentor Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. Physicians will enjoy a supportive practice setting with the resources needed to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric treatment
• Manage inpatient and outpatient treatment plans
• Supervise and collaborate with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners
• Work alongside therapists, nursing staff, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in shared call coverage

Requirements:

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
• DEA registration or eligibility
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care
