Capex Manager

DASMEN Residential is looking for aCapex Managerfor our Renovations & Construction team to be based out of Ramsey. NJ region. The role involves overseeing the planning, budgeting, and upgrade for properties. ** This position is entry level Responsibilities: Monitoring projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and required quality standards. Developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Collaborating with cross function- teams including accounting, operations, and asset managers. Monitor project timeline, ensuring timely completion of each project milestone, notifying management of any delays if necessary.
