Shipping Clerk

As our Shipping Clerk, you will be the final touchpoint before our products reach our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all daily orders are accurately picked, securely packed, and shipped out on time. Responsibilities

• Operate UPS WorldShip: Utilize the UPS WorldShip system daily to process outgoing shipments, calculate accurate shipping rates, generate shipping labels, and manage international shipping documentation.

• Data Entry & Tracking: Accurately input recipient information, box dimensions, and weights into shipping software. Monitor and update tracking information for outgoing packages.

• Pick and Pack: Retrieve correct merchandise from the warehouse based on order invoices and securely pack items into appropriate shipping containers to prevent transit damage.

• Labeling: Affix shipping labels, handling instructions (e.g., "Fragile," "This Side Up"), and packing slips to packages.

• Inventory Management: Update the inventory management system as items are shipped out or received.

• Manage Supplies: Monitor levels of shipping materials (boxes, tape, bubble wrap, labels) and reorder supplies as necessary to prevent operational delays.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 40lbs
