Yard Helper/Laborer - Asphalt Plant

We are a leader in the utilization of state-of-the-art equipment, specialized techniques and mix designs. Job Summary To provide exceptional support to an existing team of Plant Personnel. Responsibilities Maintenance includes moving equipment, tools, signs, and miscellaneous materials. Maintain cleanliness and order in Yard, Shop and other assigned areas. Ensure Yard and Plant are well maintained and all assets are meeting project requirements. Follow company policies and procedures in all areas. Must work well with others and communicate with co-workers Maintain accurate data, while upholding the company confidentiality practices. Additional tasks as assigned. Requirements Minimum of 1-year experience in physical labor, preferred. Knowledge of Heavy Construction, preferred. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment. Attention to detail, meticulous organizational skills. High School diploma or GED, preferred. Ability to learn new tasks, integrate and tactfully assimilate processes. Physical Requirements: Must be able to physically perform the task of a Laborer. Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and stand and safely work around heavy equipment. Must be able to work in all types of weather, including extremely hot and extremely cold temperatures. Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the facility. Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present. Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds. Rosemar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
