The Contractor Consultants is seeking a Human Resources Manager to build and scale the foundation for a hyper-growth distributed organization in a fully remote setup across the US. You will own multi-state operations and design onboarding, offboarding, and HR policies to protect thousands of remote team members. As the first in-house HR lead, you will implement an HR playbook, ensure labor law compliance, and manage HRIS data integrity while partnering with Employee Success to support rapid #J-18808-Ljbffr The Contractor Consultants
