Technical Support Representative

Job Overview:AMGtime is looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our team! The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for acting as an association between customers and AMGtime, by researching and answering any questions, and providing expert knowledge about the company and products.Job Responsibilities:Include but are not limited to:Greets customers warmly and determines the reason for calling or chattingIdentifies client requests or problems, determines the cause, provides the best solutions by suggesting information about carefully selected products and services, and answers any questions; expedites correction or adjustment, and follows up to ensure resolutionAttracts potential customers by providing expert knowledge on solutionsOpens and maintains customer accounts by recording and updating account informationPrepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer informationCompiles reports on overall customer satisfactionImproves existing programs by reviewing objectives and specifications; evaluating proposed changes; recommending changes; making modifications.Become familiar with new and existing clients and their account setup.Familiarize yourself with software and modules.Demonstrate and train users on software and modules.Assists in maintaining documentation correct and up to date.Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used by specific industries.Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselvesTesting and fixing faulty equipmentJob Skills & Requirements:Minimum one year of customer service experience requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented, excellent multi-tasking and organizational skillsTeam player with a positive attitudeAnalytical problem solver, with strong documentation, computer, and phone skillsFocus on product and quality of servicePay Rate:$24-$28 #J-18808-Ljbffr
