Amteck is currently looking to hire Traveling Electrical Service Superintendents for our Lexington, KY Service Department. These teams will travel to projects across the country to lead teams of electricians and apprentices. Candidates will have the opportunity to diversify their electrical skill set through training in low voltage, fire alarm, controls, instrumentation, and other skill sets. Benefits 401(k) Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Computer or tablet Phone allowance Opportunity for overtime Per diem while traveling Requirements 10+ years of electrical experience on commercial or industrial sites Master Electrician license preferred Ability to install conduit, wire, and cable systems as required Ability to read and interpret blueprints Ability to install and terminate panels, switchboards, and other electrical equipment Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs on faulty circuits, equipment or systems OSHA 10 preferred but not required Conveyor/press experience preferred but not required Experience supervising a team of 5–10 In 1977 Amteck was founded in Central Kentucky with the belief that growth only comes by listening and responding to both clients and employees.
