What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, delivering exceptional service throughout the order lifecycle.
• Process customer orders accurately while ensuring timely fulfillment and shipment.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Finance to proactively resolve customer inquiries and order issues.
• Provide customers with order updates, shipping information, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate returns (RMAs), customer cases, and issue resolution from start to finish.
• Generate quotes and assist customers with pricing, product availability, and order inquiries.
• Monitor inventory and collaborate with internal teams to prioritize customer needs.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen existing customer relationships and support business growth.
• Recommend process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Customer Operations, Sales Support, Account Coordination, or Order Management within a B2B environment.
• Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or supply chain experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
