Contract RecruiterLaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a global technology firm based in Chicago, IL. The firm is seeking a highly organized, fast-paced, detail-oriented Contract Recruiter to support corporate hiring functions across Account Managers and sales functions. Although this is a remote role, applicants must be based in the Chicagoland area or surrounding suburbs.Contract Recruiter Responsibilities:Recruit and manage pipelines for high-volume corporate roles, including classes of 12–15 hires per start group.Handle occasional one-off requisitions while managing ongoing high-volume cycles.Partner closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process.Screen, assess, and move candidates through the hiring pipeline with urgency and accuracy.Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the full recruitment cycle.Contract Recruiter Requirements:2+ Years of Corporate Recruiting Experience, with Sales Recruiting experience.Proven success managing fast-paced, high-volume requisition loads.Strong communication, organizational, and candidate management skills.Compensation and Benefits:Benefits: LaSalle Network consultants are eligible to enroll in benefits.
