The VP of Marketing will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy, building and scaling various consumer-driven programs, and connecting marketing activities to meaningful business metrics and ROI. A key aspect of the role is to shape compelling brand positioning and storytelling, guiding integrated marketing across various channels, and continually refining strategy based on consumer behavior and market insights. Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive consumer marketing experience, with a proven track record in building or scaling consumer demand. The role requires a leader with strong experience in modern social and digital marketing, including consumer-acquisition strategies such as influencer and community marketing.
