Commercial Construction Site Superintendent – Lead Regional Projects with Bear's Contracting Group

Job Overview:

• Salary/Pay Rate: $90,000 - $100,000 per year (plus Annual Bonus)
• Location: Denton, TX (50% Travel Required)

The Opportunity

You will serve as the primary field leader responsible for driving site safety, schedule execution, and overall build quality on commercial job sites. This role gives you the autonomy to manage daily field operations while receiving direct, dependable support from our office and project management team. You will lead projects on-site with confidence for a company that respects your leadership and actively supports your success.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Direct daily on-site operations to keep commercial construction projects on schedule and within quality standards.
• Enforce strict site safety protocols to ensure a safe, compliant environment for all subcontractors and workers.
• Coordinate on-site trade crews and resources to maintain steady workflow and avoid operational bottlenecks.
• Inspect ongoing work daily to ensure complete alignment with project plans, specs, and building codes.
• Partner with project managers and office staff to resolve real-time field challenges and material delays.
• Maintain clear field documentation and report regular progress updates to keep all stakeholders aligned.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Active OSHA 30 Certification.
• Proven background managing commercial construction field operations and sub-contractors on-site.
• Ability to operate self-sufficiently in the field while maintaining strong lines of communication with the office.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% for project assignments.
• Must be able to operate scheduling software and basic communication programs

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent or Field Operations Lead in commercial construction.
• Associate Degree in Construction Management or a related technical field.
