Responsibilities

Meet with potential clients to evaluate their current insurance coverage and identify areas where they could be better protected.

Draft competitive quotes and present tailored insurance solutions to local families and business owners.

Maintain an active presence in the Bozeman community by participating in local events and building professional networks.

Assist existing policyholders with policy changes, billing questions, and claims processing support.

Proactively monitor policy renewals and contact clients to ensure their coverage remains relevant as their lives change.

Track daily sales activity and progress toward monthly growth goals to ensure the agency remains healthy and successful.

Requirements

Montana Property Casualty Insurance License.

Montana Life Health Insurance License.

Previous experience working in an insurance agency or customer-facing sales role is a plus.

Strong computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office and agency management systems.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation.

Strong comfort level with community-based networking and local outreach.
