RN Urology

The Registered Nurse in the Urology Clinic provides expert nursing care in an outpatient setting, focusing on urology patients. The role involves direct patient care, clinical support, and assisting providers with exams and minor procedures. The nurse ensures accurate documentation and compassionate care while collaborating within the healthcare team. This full-time position requires strong clinical skills, urology experience, and adherence to nursing standards. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care following nursing standards and clinical protocols.
• Collect and document vital signs, health history, and patient concerns during clinic intake.
• Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and minor procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Current, active Registered Nurse license in the State of Colorado or a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program; BSN preferred.
• Experience in urology nursing care.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to provide compassionate patient care.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
• Experience working in outpatient clinic settings.

• Work is performed in an outpatient clinic environment specializing in urology.
• No weekend or holiday shifts required.
• Must maintain licensure and certifications current as per state and facility requirements.

• Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week.
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• No weekend or holiday work required.
