Customer Support Representative Indirect Wichita, KS, US Position Summary Responds to customer’s inquiries or complaints regarding company’s products or services. Determines best method to resolve complex customer service problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies. Coordinates information to promote sales and resolve problems. Informs customers of procedures or resolution of problem. Follows up to ensure customer satisfaction. Make periodic calls to existing customers to determine satisfaction with the company, products or services. May sell company products by either inbound or outbound telephone calls. Maintains database records of customer and product information and prepare reports. Position requires a thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, products and services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Know and follow general company and corporate policies and procedures. Know, understand, and follow department policies and procedures. Receives, reviews, and loads customer orders into our ERP system Report to work on time, follow instructions from supervisor or management, interact well co-workers, understand and follow work rules and procedures. Language Skills Ability to read and write the English language. Basic reading skills. Must be able to follow directions. Other Skills Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
