Position Summary We are seeking a licensed and experienced Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) to provide clinical leadership within a residential behavioral health setting serving adolescents and young adults. This individual will maintain an active clinical caseload while supporting therapist development, clinical quality, and treatment team operations across the program. The ideal candidate is a strong clinician and collaborative leader with experience working within higher levels of care and supervising multidisciplinary teams in residential treatment, inpatient psychiatry, PHP, IOP, or related behavioral health settings. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to licensed and associate-level clinicians Maintain an active therapy caseload including individual, family, and group therapy sessions Support clinical staff development through coaching, training, and case consultation Oversee assessments, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and discharge planning processes Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards, including HIPAA requirements Collaborate closely with psychiatry, nursing, operations, and residential staff to coordinate client care Assist with crisis intervention, risk assessment, and clinical decision-making for high-acuity clients Conduct chart audits, case reviews, and utilization oversight to support quality of care standards Support implementation of evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care Participate in program development initiatives and clinical process improvement efforts Qualifications Previous clinical leadership or supervision experience within behavioral health settings preferred Prior experience within residential treatment, inpatient psychiatry, PHP, IOP, or adolescent behavioral health strongly preferred Ability to balance direct clinical care responsibilities with leadership and staff support functions Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based treatment modalities Experience working with adolescents, young adults, and family systems preferred Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical documentation standards Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Benefits Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 USD Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, and vision 401k with 4% match Paid Time Off Programs including vacation, holidays, and illness Continuing Education Assistance Supportive clinical supervision and professional development Competitive compensation package based on experience Supportive, collaborative, and mission-driven clinical environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Paradigm Treatment Centers
