Client Service Manager

Client Service ManagerInsight Global is looking for Client Service Managers for a healthcare advocacy company in New Jersey, Mount Laurel. This is a permanent role that will report directly to the Client Service Director in the Account Management Division. The successful candidate provides service standard for all clients and participation retirees, resulting in an exceptional service experience. Works directly with client staff to ensure the product quality delivered to customers and manages the day-to-day responsibilities with their team. The Client Service Manager wouldn't have direct reports but rather manage clients and those relationships. Types of clients are Labor Unions, public/private sector Insurance Carriers, Universities/Colleges, Municipalities, etc.
