Patient Experience & Scheduling Specialist

The University of Missouri-Columbia's MU Student Health Center (SHC) is seeking a Patient Service Representative to welcome patients, manage the registration desk, verify demographics, load insurance, collect copays, and schedule appointments. The PSR will support coordination with providers, handle phone calls, assist with no-shows and rescheduling, and help cover other front-desk duties as needed.
