Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Full-Time Days & Nights Locations: Annapolis & Lanham, Maryland Schedule Full-time 12-hour Day or Night shifts Sign-On Bonus

• 10,000 for Day Shift
• 20,000 for Night Shift

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality respiratory care to patients across a variety of clinical settings. Key responsibilities include: Administer medical gas therapy in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Assess the effectiveness of respiratory therapies and recommend continuation, modification, or discontinuation based on established clinical standards. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical specialists to develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans. Review patient charts, physician orders, laboratory results, diagnostic imaging, and other clinical data to ensure appropriate treatment. Accurately document assessments, treatments, and patient responses in accordance with departmental and regulatory standards. Operate, clean, and maintain respiratory therapy equipment while ensuring patient safety and infection prevention standards are met. Monitor patients during respiratory treatments, recognize adverse reactions, and respond appropriately according to departmental protocols. Continuously evaluate and document each patient's response to therapy. Education & Experience Associate's degree from an accredited respiratory therapy program required. Previous respiratory therapy experience preferred. Licensure & Certifications Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Current Maryland Respiratory Care Practitioner license, or eligibility for licensure. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
