Responsible for managing a team of up to 25+ staff, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and asset management. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop team members through coaching and performance management. Monitor performance metrics such as safety, cost, inventory shrinkage, and productivity, implementing continuous improvements. Manage budgeting, workforce planning, and logistics functions to meet operational goals. Collaborate across departments including Supply Chain, HR, and Safety to optimize processes. Support sales by maintaining inventory levels and coordinating with supply chain analysts. Oversee facility security, maintenance, and asset preservation. Qualifications & Skills Strong leadership, problem-solving, and financial acumen. Ability to foster a safety-focused culture and manage complex situations in fast-paced settings.
