Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with strong phlebotomy skills to support a busy healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing both clinical and administrative support while delivering excellent patient care. Schedule

Full-Time: 40 hours per week

Monday through Friday

8-hour shifts

Shift may be scheduled anytime between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Perform blood draws and other phlebotomy procedures safely and accurately

Obtain and document patient vital signs

Room patients and prepare them for examinations and procedures

Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and minor procedures

Collect and prepare specimens for laboratory testing

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record

Prepare and stock examination rooms and clinical supplies

Follow infection control, safety, and patient confidentiality standards

Provide professional and compassionate service to patients

Assist with additional clinical and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential preferred

Phlebotomy experience and strong blood-draw skills required

Previous experience in a medical office, clinic, or ambulatory healthcare setting preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and patient service skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team

Comfortable working a flexible 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
