COMPENSATION: $20.00 per hour
LOCATION: Livonia, MI
SHIFTS: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an E-Billing Coordinator to join our team on a six-month contract basis, with the potential for a direct hire. This role requires managing the electronic billing process, ensuring accuracy in invoice submission, and maintaining organized billing records.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Upload invoices for payment on customer portals such as Ariba, Coupa, Taulia, ensuring compliance with guidelines and deadlines.
• Verify billing details and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with internal teams and external clients to resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries.
• Maintain organized records for auditing purposes and collaborate with teams to improve billing processes.
• Adapt quickly to new e-billing systems and procedures.

• Experience in e-billing or billing coordination preferred.
• Proficiency in e-billing platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Taulia.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism in client interactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fast learner and proactive in learning new systems.
