Customer Service/Csi Representative The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Customer Service/Csi Representative for Napleton's Valley Hyundai. The Customer Service/Csi Representative is responsible for assisting the service department to obtain guest feedback on manufacturer surveys and to follow up to help address and resolve opportunities and grow top tier results and service experiences.
